Solid 925 silver is COP 250,000 (≈ US$65), chrome/dental gold COP 320,000 (≈ US$80), 9K gold COP 900,000 (≈ US$225), 14K gold COP 1,250,000 (≈ US$315) and 18K gold COP 1,500,000 (≈ US$375). Iced silver with moissanite starts at COP 500,000 (≈ US$125) and iced gold from COP 1,250,000 per tooth.

No, not when they are custom-fitted and kept clean. Our grillz are removable, built on a mould of your teeth and need no filing or drilling. Problems come from ill-fitting generic pieces or from eating and sleeping in them without cleaning.

No, we never file teeth. We make removable, no-filing grillz — the fit comes from the natural shape of your teeth captured in the mould or scan.

It's best to take them out to eat. Water is fine with them in, but sugary drinks, coffee or alcohol collect between the piece and the tooth — rinse and clean them afterwards.

Between 5 and 15 days depending on the material. Plain silver or chrome pieces take 5–10 days from the mould. Gold and iced pieces take 10–15 days because of karat casting and stone setting.

Almost always, if you book your mould in your first days in Medellín. For gold or iced, aim for at least two weeks left in your trip. If you leave first, we ship them to your country.

Yes, we ship nationwide and internationally. We cover any city in Colombia and abroad with insured, tracked courier. Shipping is quoted by destination.

Yes, every set we make is removable. They press-fit over your teeth and we show you at the fitting how to put them in and take them out safely.

With warm water, a soft brush and mild soap after each use. Dry fully and store in the case. Once a week, use a jewellery cleaner suited to the metal.

It depends on your budget and how often you'll wear them. Silver is the most affordable way in and looks great polished, but it tarnishes and needs more cleaning. Gold (9K, 14K or 18K) does not oxidise, keeps its shine and is the better long-term choice.

Yes, price depends only on karat. At the same karat, white, yellow and rose gold are the same price per tooth.

With a dental impression kit of silicone or alginate. You bite a tray for a couple of minutes per arch, and the whole process takes about 20 minutes, at our studio or where you are staying.

No, only a deposit before casting. That deposit covers the metal; the balance is due on delivery. The online configurator takes no payment — it only sends your request.

Yes, we do home visits. We take the mould and do the final fitting at hotels and apartments across Medellín and the Aburrá Valley, arranged by email.

Moissanite as standard, with diamonds on custom quote. Moissanite is used for its fire and hardness, while lab-grown or natural diamond is priced individually.

Yes, no problem. You may notice a slight change in speech for the first day or two, which fades quickly. After a night out, just rinse them.

We don't recommend it. Sleeping in them speeds up wear and traps moisture and residue between the piece and the tooth. Take them off, clean them and store them in the case before bed.

We adjust them at the fitting appointment. The process includes a fitting visit before final delivery where we check the fit on your teeth. If anything feels off, we fix it on the spot at no extra cost.

Payment is made in Colombian pesos (COP). The USD prices you see are only an approximate reference. Exact payment methods are confirmed when you book your appointment.

Yes, custom work is available on quote. We can add engravings, initials or special designs to a piece. Tell us your idea when booking and we'll confirm price and lead time.

Not for most people. Our grillz are removable and don't alter the tooth, so no dental prep is required beforehand. If you have a specific dental condition, let us know before the mould.

Yes, as long as it hasn't gone to casting. While the piece hasn't been cast you can still adjust design details. Once it's cast, major changes mean fabricating a new piece.

Yes, silver tarnishes over time and with wear. It's a normal reaction of the metal that's kept in check with regular cleaning and storing it in the case. If you'd rather avoid it entirely, gold is the better option.

Yes, we offer either a physical mould or a digital scan of your teeth. Both methods capture the exact shape of your mouth for fabrication. We'll recommend one based on your city and availability.

Yes, we work in both Spanish and English. The whole process, from quote to delivery, can be done in either language. Just write to us in whichever you prefer.

Yes, we cover Rionegro and Llanogrande. We do home visits in that area in addition to Medellín and the Aburrá Valley. Book your appointment around your airport arrival or departure.

Yes, but only with consent from a responsible adult. A parent or guardian must authorise and accompany the process from start to finish. Without that authorisation we won't take the mould or deliver the piece.
