Guests staying along Avenida El Poblado or near Parque Comercial El Tesoro tend to prefer mid-morning slots, once housekeeping has finished and the street traffic has eased. Residents up a loma — Los Balsos, Los Parra — almost always book for after 6 p.m., once they are home from work. If you want gold or iced before a flight, message us the day you land: with 10 to 15 days of lead time we can usually finish before you pack. On long weekends, when tourists and locals both flood the bars, it is worth building in an extra day or two of buffer.

Poblado station on Metro Line A is a few blocks from the park. If you are up one of the lomas, a taxi or ride-hailing app along Avenida El Poblado beats walking the hills.
